Questions server owners ask first.
Will it punish my own staff?
Only if they act like an attacker. The server owner and the bot are never scored, and anyone on the whitelist at tier 0 or 1 is skipped entirely. A moderator banning one spammer adds 1 point and the window resets after 10 seconds.
What permissions does it need?
Administrator is simplest. At minimum: Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Manage Webhooks, Moderate Members, Kick, Ban and View Audit Log. Its role must sit above the roles it may need to strip.
What exactly gets rebuilt?
Deleted channels come back with their name, category, position, topic, slowmode and permission overwrites. Deleted roles come back with color, permissions and position. Recent messages are replayed: the last 10 on Standard, the last 50 on Premium.
What data do you store?
Your settings, the whitelist, incident logs, and snapshots of channel and role settings. Message replay uses an in-memory cache that is never written to disk and is cleared when the bot restarts.
Does Premium cover all my servers?
No. A license applies to one server at a time. Activate it from the Premium page of the dashboard or with /premium activate. Each server you want covered needs its own license.
Can I move Premium to a different server?
Yes, once every 30 days: use Move on the dashboard Premium page, or run /premium move in the new server. Need to move sooner? Contact our support server with the old and new server IDs.
How do I pay?
Open a ticket in our support server and pick Monthly or Yearly. Prices are listed in USD and IDR. After payment our team issues a key to your Discord account by DM.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final unless the mistake is ours: double charge, wrong amount, a key that never arrived or that we broke. See the Refund Policy.
