Terms of Service
These terms apply when you add Mark Defender to a Discord server, use its dashboard, or buy Sentinel Premium. The service is operated by Corset Studio. By using it you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service.
1. The service
Mark Defender watches for destructive actions, raids and spam in servers it is added to, and can remove roles, quarantine, time out, kick or ban accounts, and recreate deleted channels and roles. It acts automatically based on the settings you choose. You are responsible for configuring it, including the whitelist, and for actions it takes under your configuration.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age and be allowed to manage the server you configure. You must not add the bot to a server you do not have permission to manage.
3. Acceptable use
The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short:
- Do not use the service to harass people, raid other communities, or evade Discord enforcement.
- Do not submit false or malicious global blacklist reports. Abuse of reporting can lead to loss of access.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the bot, the dashboard, or license keys.
4. Sentinel Premium
- Premium is sold per server as a Monthly (30 days) or Yearly (365 days) license. Prices are shown on our website in USD and IDR.
- Payment is made through our Discord support server. After payment you receive a license key tied to your Discord account.
- The license period starts when you activate the key on a server, not when it is issued.
- A license applies to one server at a time. You can move it to another server you manage yourself once every 30 days, from the dashboard or with /premium move. Earlier moves go through support.
- Licenses do not renew automatically. When a license ends, the server returns to the free tier and Premium-only settings, including custom branding, stop applying.
- Keys are personal. Selling, sharing or transferring a key to another Discord account is not allowed and can lead to revocation.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service online but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Discord outages, API changes and maintenance can stop the bot from acting. Mark Defender reduces risk; it cannot prevent every attack or restore every message or setting.
6. Termination
You can remove the bot at any time. We may suspend access, remove the bot from a server, or revoke a license for breaches of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse. Licenses revoked for breaches are not refunded.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Corset Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or damage caused by attackers, moderators or other bots. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the support server and take effect when the date above changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
